On the introduction of the app, State Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi says that the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister are taking care of the benefits of farmers. Maximum use of technology in agriculture - Surya Pratap Shahi


Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi says that technology is being used more and more in agriculture. Under this, a digital survey of all crops is being conducted. He says that e -Khasra investigation is a transformational project of the Government of India under the Agristack Scheme. Its purpose is to create a digital format of India's agricultural ecosystem.

Digital crop survey under pilot scheme


The Agriculture Minister says that in the Kharif 2023, in order to include 20 percent of the total number of gaata of 7.87 crore, as a pilot scheme, the work of digital clip survey in 21 districts and 10 grams in 54 districts in 54 districts has started. Through the mobile app prepared by the Government of India under the scheme, in 21 districts of the state Sultanpur, Varanasi, Jaunpur, Pratapgarh, Mirzapur, Moradabad, Jalaun, Chitrakoot, Farrukhabad, Ayodhya, Chandauli, Jhansi, Basti, Hardoi, Deoria, Gorakhpur, Bhadohi, Sant Kabir Nagar, Auraiya, Mahoba and Hamirpur 1,15,89,645 survey of gaato has taken place in kharif 2023.


How many districts of Uttar Pradesh will undergo a survey.


In the Rabi season 2023-24, 100 percent crop survey in all the districts of the state has been ensured through e-Khasra investigation. This process has been done through a mobile app. There are 110221 revenue villages in 75 districts of the state, out of which 7 crore 87 lakh 73 thousand 211 are gaate, out of which 95270 has a Jio Reference map. These include 6 crore 69 lakh 37 thousand 766 Jio Reference Gaata, which requires e -Khasra investigation. The survey will be held in all 75 districts of the state and will be completed by 15 February. All the accountants of the revenue department and technical assistants of the Department of Agriculture, BTM, ATM and panchayat assistants will have to work as surveyors in this task.
