PM Modi announced that the amount of money will be doubled under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana

Under the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana the central government has taken a big decision to double this monetary amount. Earlier farmers used to be given 6000 rupees yearly. Let's who can avail this benefit. 

The central government has decided to make a major change in pm Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to help the farmers financially a sum of 6000 yearly will be given to farmers. But recently the central government has increased this amount to 12000 rupees for Rajasthan. On the 20th November 2023 in the Hanuman Nagar of Rajasthan Prime Minister Modi said during one of his election campaigns that “In Rajasthan BJP has decided to buy crops on MSP. And bonuses will be provided to farmers.”

How much money will be given in the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana

Rajasthan has been in political heated environment recently because the vidhan sabha elections are in the near future. Because of this PM Modi went on a tour to Rajasthan and made various announcements for farmers. PM Modi said that Congress has led farmers into a vicious cycle of debt. He added that Congress has to answer about the lakhs of hectares of cotton crop wasted. And he said that people who have robbed farmers will not roam around freely. Due to these factors the produce in Rajasthan will be bought on MSP. Along with this bonus will also be provided. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana the monetary amount is also increased to 12000.

Crores of Rupees are being spent by the government to make fertilizer cheaper.

In the Rajasthan election campen PM Modi also said that for helping the farmers his government will always be ready. He said that to make fertilizer cheaper for every farmer the government is spending crores of rupees. Also so that the farmer gets cheap and good quality fertilizer without having to search for it. He also mentioned that worldwide one sac of urea costs around 3000 rupees but in India 1 sac of urea cost less than 300 rupees for the farmers.
