Launching "PM Kisan AI Chatbot (Kisan E-Mitra)" at Krishi Bhavan by the Union Minister of State of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, it has been said that it will prove to be very effective for resolving the inconveniences caused to the farmers.

Union Minister of State of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Kailash Chaudhary launched AI Chatbot today, which is part of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The inauguration of AI Chatbot is an important step in making the PM-Kisan Yojana more effective and giving a quick, clear and correct answer to the farmers to their questions.

During this time, Minister of State Kailash Chaudhary has said that this important step to connect the agriculture sector with technology is going to bring widespread changes in the lives of farmers. The Minister of State for Agriculture said that Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has called for promoting the use of technology under good rule. The action taken today will be successful in this. The technique of cultivation through drones has the effect, which has attracted young people towards agriculture. This is the reason why new enterprises are starting in India's agriculture sector.

What has Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare said

The Union Minister of State of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has asked the state officials to train farmers to use AI Chatbot. Keep proper monitoring and solve the shortcoming in the initial stages with immediate effect. AI Chatbot will be available in 22 languages soon

The purpose of starting AI Chatbot in the PM-farmer grievance management system is to give farmers a smooth and simple platform. AI Chatbot will help farmers to get their application status, payment details, ineligible status and other plan-related updates in the first phase of their development. AI Chatbot has been integrated with a language in the PM-Kisan Mobile app, completing the linguistic and regional diversity of PM-farmer beneficiaries. Actually, currently the chatbot is present in six languages, including English, Hindi, Bengali, Oriya and Tamil Shammilit. Soon it will be available in 22 languages of the country.

To avail the benefits of PM Kisan Maandhan Yojana, candidate farmers can register by visiting the official site. Under this scheme, farmers will be given three thousand rupees. PM Kisan Maandhan Yojana

Under the PM Kisan Maandhan Yojana issued by the Central Government, the government is providing a pension of Rs 3,000 per month to the farmers. How much money will be given in the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana

Because of this PM Modi went on a tour to Rajasthan and made various announcements for farmers. PM Modi said that Congress has led farmers into a vicious cycle of debt. He added that Congress has to answer about the lakhs of hectares of cotton crop wasted. And he said that people who have robbed farmers will not roam around freely. Due to these factors the produce in Rajasthan will be bought on MSP. Along with this bonus will also be provided. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana the monetary amount is also increased to 12000.

Crores of Rupees are being spent by the government to make fertilizer cheaper.

In the Rajasthan election campen PM Modi also said that for helping the farmers his government will always be ready. The Modi government of the Center is running various schemes for the upliftment of farmers. Explain that one of them is the PM Kisan Maan Dhan Yojana. Under this scheme, the government provides pension to small and marginal farmers of India for better living in old age. The scheme was started by the Central Government in May 2019. How much premium will have to be paid per month

To take advantage of this scheme, you must have arable land up to about 2 hectares. If the beneficiary dies under the scheme, the pension amount is transferred to his wife's account, which is about 1500 per month. The beneficiaries applying under the Kisan Maandhan Yojana also have to pay a premium per month, which is different according to the age group. If you are 18 years old, then you will have to pay a premium of Rs 55 per month. Similarly, those of 40 years of age will have to pay a premium of Rs 200 per month. Only after 60 years of age paying premium, this scheme can be benefited.

Necessary documents to avail the scheme

Non BJP States might not get 12000 monetary benefit.

According to the Prime Minister Kisaan Samman Nidhi farmers were being provided 6000 rupees early. This amount was directly transferred into the bank accounts in three different installments. Till date 15 installments have been paid under this scheme. According to reporters the states ruled by the BJP government could get 12000 rupees monetary benefit. Whereas non BJP ruled States farmers might not get the 12000 rupees. According to statistics to achieve the 12000 rupees goal the state government should also be willing to contribute.

When was the 15th installment of Prime Minister Kisaan Samman Nidhi paid. 

On his Jharkhand tour on 15th November Prime Minister Narendra Modi transfered the money for 8 crore farmers which was transferred directly into their bank accounts. The purpose of the scheme is to make farmers financially stable and to uplift them.

Last year's numbers on beneficiaries of PM Kisan Yojana

The 16th instalment under the scheme is expected to be released in February or March. According to sources, in the interim budget to be presented on 1 February, the government may announce the doubles of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for women farmers. Before the Lok Sabha elections, the Modi government is preparing to give a big gift to women farmers. The central government can double the amount of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for women farmers. That is, 12 thousand rupees will now come in the account of women farmers. Under PM Kisan Yojana, at present, 6000 rupees are provided to small and marginal farmers, who reach the accounts of farmers in three instalments of two thousand rupees. This is a kind of financial assistance that is given by the government to help small farmers.

Government preparations to get support of women from the scheme

In the assembly elections of 5 states of the country, the people have given confidence in the election promises of Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, giving the BJP an unexpected victory. Government can announce in the upcoming budget in February

According to sources in the Ministry of Agriculture, preparations are being made to implement the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in a new category in the budget. Under this, the honour fund of women farmers can be increased from Rs 6 thousand to Rs 12 thousand. It can be announced in the upcoming interim budget, which will be introduced on 1 February. According to media reports, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Finance have completed all its preparations. In this regard, details of women farmers, owners of land holding land, have also been invited from all the states. The rest of the aspects, including additional burden on the government treasury, have been considered by its analysis. However, till now neither the ministry nor the government has made any official announcement on this.

Will the government budget be affected by this?

According to government data, Indian farmers is about 26 crore in the 1.40 billion population. The share of women farmers in this is about 60 % percent. At the same time, only 13% of these women farmers have farming land in the name of women farmers. Meaning that only 13 percent of women farmers keep land holding. If the honour fund of women farmers is doubled, then the central government will have to bear an additional burden of Rs 12 thousand crore. The Central Government's estimated budget is about $ 550 billion. Accordingly, the additional burden of Rs 12 thousand crore will not affect the budget structure much.
