According to the official release, Amit Shah will oversee the computerization of ARDB and RCS throughout the states and union territories. The programme is being organised by the Ministry of Cooperation with the assistance of the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC). The Ministry has made a crucial step by computerising the offices of Agriculture and Rural Development Banks (ARDBs) and Registrars of Cooperative Societies (RCSs) in states and union territories.

The Ministry of Cooperation is organising this programme in partnership with the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC). The project would completely computerise the offices of Agriculture and Rural Development Banks (ARDBs) and Registrars of Cooperative Societies (RCSs) in States/Union Territories, which is a key step made by the Ministry of Cooperation. According to the statement, this initiative would modernise the cooperative sector while increasing efficiency, where the entire cooperative system will be placed onto a single digital platform.

ARDB to continue computerising 1851 units

According to the announcement, 1,851 ARDB units throughout 13 states and territories would be computerised. These will be linked to the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). This means that regularly used software will be based on a single national software. This programme will improve operational efficiency, accountability, and transparency at ARDB by standardising business processes using the Common Accounting System (CAS) and Management Information System (MIS). The strategy will let small and marginal farmers to benefit from ARDB acreage and related services via Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS).

A piece of big news is coming out from the state of Bihar that under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, about 81,000 farmers of the state have been considered ineligible for this scheme, due to which they have been excluded from this scheme. Due to these factors the produce in Rajasthan will be bought on MSP. Along with this bonus will also be provided. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana the monetary amount is also increased to 12000.

These farmers will not be able to benefit

The Modi government of the Center is running various schemes for the upliftment of farmers. Explain that one of them is the PM Kisan Maan Dhan Yojana. The beneficiaries applying under the Kisan Maandhan Yojana also have to pay a premium per month, which is different according to the age group. If you are 18 years old, then you will have to pay a premium of Rs 55 per month. Similarly, those of 40 years of age will have to pay a premium of Rs 200 per month. Only after 60 years of age paying premium, this scheme can be benefited.

Necessary documents to avail the scheme

According to the plan, the beneficiary should have a bank account, which is connected to the Aadhaar card. The main objective of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Mahandhan Yojana 2023 is to make the farmers of India self -reliant in old age and strengthen the landless farmers.

To apply for the scheme, first go to the official website maandhan.in. After this, go to the homepage and login. Then the applicant will have to fill his phone number to login the candidate. Tell that a new page will open as soon as you do this, where you have to enter your information. After this, click on Generate OTP. Fill the OTP on the registered mobile number in the empty box and submit the application form. Your form will be submitted as soon as you do this.

So far, 15 instalments have been released under this scheme, and farmers are now waiting for the 16th instalment. The amount is provided to farmers in three instalments, with two thousand rupees being transferred to their accounts each time. This money can be used for farming purposes. The 16th instalment under the scheme is expected to be released in February or March. However, farmers need to complete some necessary tasks to qualify for the benefits of this scheme, or they may be deprived of it.

According to sources, in the interim budget to be presented on 1 February, the government may announce the doubles of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for women farmers. Before the Lok Sabha elections, the Modi government is preparing to give a big gift to women farmers. The central government can double the amount of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for women farmers. That is, 12 thousand rupees will now come in the account of women farmers. Under PM Kisan Yojana, at present, 6000 rupees are provided to small and marginal farmers, who reach the accounts of farmers in three instalments of two thousand rupees. This is a kind of financial assistance that is given by the government to help small farmers.

Government preparations to get support of women from the scheme

Government can announce in the upcoming budget in February

According to sources in the Ministry of Agriculture, preparations are being made to implement the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in a new category in the budget. Under this, the honour fund of women farmers can be increased from Rs 6 thousand to Rs 12 thousand. It can be announced in the upcoming interim budget, which will be introduced on 1 February. According to media reports, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Finance have completed all its preparations. In this regard, details of women farmers, owners of land holding land, have also been invited from all the states. The rest of the aspects, including additional burden on the government treasury, have been considered by its analysis. However, till now neither the ministry nor the government has made any official announcement on this.

Will the government budget be affected by this?

According to government data, Indian farmers is about 26 crore in the 1.40 billion population. The share of women farmers in this is about 60 % percent. At the same time, only 13% of these women farmers have farming land in the name of women farmers. Meaning that only 13 percent of women farmers keep land holding. If the honour fund of women farmers is doubled, then the central government will have to bear an additional burden of Rs 12 thousand crore. The Central Government's estimated budget is about $ 550 billion. Accordingly, the additional burden of Rs 12 thousand crore will not affect the budget structure much.

So far 15 installments have been transferred through this scheme. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, financial assistance of Rs 6,000 is given to farmers in a year. This amount is provided to them in three equal installments. So far, more than 11 crore farmers have been given profits through the scheme. It is expected that the 16th installment of the scheme will be credited to the accounts of the farmers by the end of this month.

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi is a welfare scheme

Step 1: First of all, farmers, go to the official website pmkisan.gov.in. 

Step 2: After this, search the 'Kisan Corner' section on the main page of the corner section on the Kisan Bhai homepage.

Step 3: After this, the farmer clicks on the option of “Know your status”.

Step 4: Now farmers can check the application status. 

Step 5: After this, the farmer should enter the required information.

Step 6: Farmers enter your application number, Aadhaar number, account number, or mobile number.

Step 7: Then the farmer clicks on the submit button and checks the status. 

Step 8: After this the details will appear on the computer screen.
